Student Council Food Drive for St. Vincent de Paul Exceeds Goal!

Our OLL Student Council set an ambitious schoolwide goal that our community would bring in 4,000 food items to support those in need through the St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank. Through the exceptional generosity of our school community, more than 5,000 items were brought in!

Thank you to all our students and families for your tremendous support during a time when hunger is impacting so many in our community. Also, we offer much appreciation for the members of our OLL St. Vincent de Paul Chapter who do so much for others, from assisting with food to helping with other life needs. Each person brings alive our OLL core values of gratitude and discipleship - thank you!

Thank You, Veterans

We give thanks to all our men and women in the military who serve our country, especially those in our OLL community. See this video for a tribute to some in our OLL community who we honor this Veterans Day.

Thank You for a Record-Breaking OLL Fun Run!

This year, we far surpassed our goal and raised an astounding $60,650 for Our Lady of the Lake! Much appreciation for the Fun Run team who made it happen, our students and teachers for all the positive (and fun!) competition, and for the generosity of all our donors, from parents and grandparents to alumni and parishioners. Thank you! Funds from this year go toward our general operating budget, purchasing our family t-shirts for grades PK - 8, and enhancing our Music and Art programs so that we can continue advancing the OLL mission.

Blessing of the Doors (Video)

The annual Blessing of the Doors with Pastor Fr. Tim Clark and Principal Daniel Mullen to start our school year is not live this year in consideration of health and safety protocols. It will be shown via video at this link starting at 8:45am on Tuesday, September 7, and available any time after for viewing by all students and the OLL community. (Thanks to Jennifer Kush for video production.)

Welcome to New Vice Principal, Mrs. Stephanie Hawk!

Beginning in the 2021-2022 school year, Mrs. Stephanie Hawk has been named the new Vice Principal at OLL. She succeeds esteemed educator Mrs. Bonnie Meyer, who will focus her efforts on helping all students reach their academic potential in her role as Director of Student Learning Support at OLL. "We are blessed with tremendous leadership talent and dedication to Catholic education at OLL amongst our faculty/staff," said Mr. Daniel Mullen, Principal. "Bonnie Meyer has been an exceptional leader over her tenure as Vice Principal and we are grateful for all her many contributions to ensuring a faith-filled, positive culture of learning at OLL - and to have such an expert in the field leading our learning support efforts is a victory for our students. Stephanie Hawk will carry that legacy forward and bring her own strengths as a compassionate and committed leader dedicated to helping fulfill our mission for our students and families."
