Bathroom Renovation Project Underway

Once completed this summer, this renovation project will reduce the loss of instructional time due to wait times from permanently out-of-order bathroom stalls, significantly increase energy and water efficiency, and provide restroom facilities that promote safety, dignity, and efficiency. OLL Celebrates the Life of Angela "Ms. Angie" Sangston

"Ms. Angie" was a long-time volunteer at OLL, and beloved by all for her joyous spirit and generosity of care for our students. She passed away at age 98 on May 17, 2020. We celebrate her life and honor all that she gave to our community!

(UPDATED) OLL Catholic School to Close from March 16 - April 24

In an effort to support public health efforts regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School will be closed from March 16 through April 24, 2020 [UPDATED]. Following Archdiocesan guidance, “This closure includes any planned school events such as fundraisers, community events, and field trips. During this time, school buildings will not be open to children, parents, or community members.” Our school will be switching to OLL Home Learning during this time, with teachers communicating specific expectations of age-appropriate daily work directly to students and parents.

OLL Student Serves as Page in Washington State Senate

Eighth grader Daniel Zipperer spent a week working as a page in the Washington State Senate to learn about our government. Sen. Rebecca Saldaña (D-Seattle) sponsored Zipperer’s week in the Legislature. Reflecting on his experience, Daniel says, "I was really surprised how many bills are passed with bipartisan support."
