Admissions Process

 
Thank you for exploring our admissions process. We understand how important it is to choose the right school for your child, and we value the thoughtfulness you bring to this decision. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Here’s everything you need to know to get started:
 
  • Attend an Open House
    Join us at one of our open house events to learn more about our school, meet our dedicated staff, and see our vibrant community in action. Our fall open houses are on October 22 and November 5 from 9:30-10:30 am.
 
  • Go on a School Day Tour
    Experience a day in the life at our school! Schedule a personalized tour to see our classrooms, meet our teachers, and see firsthand our welcoming and inclusive environment.

 
  • Submit an Application
    Complete and submit your application online by the initial application deadline, December 13, 2024. Be sure to include any requested forms to ensure a smooth admissions process and submit the $100 (non-refundable) application fee.

 
  • Complete Any Additional Forms and Recommendations
    Depending on your child’s grade level, you may need to submit additional forms, such as teacher recommendations, previous school transcripts, or support plans. 

    • Grades 1-8:
      • Submit a Teacher Recommendation Form Request to your child's current teacher
      • Upload current and previous year's report cards
      • Upload any educational testing reports or plans, if applicable
 
  • Attend a Screening or Assessment
      • Kindergarten applicants will be scheduled for a kindergarten screening date in early January
      • Grades 1-8 applicants will be scheduled for an assessment in early January based on available 2025-2026 class space
        • Following an admission assessment, applicants to grades 4-8 will have the opportunity to schedule a shadow day
 
  • Notifications of acceptance will be sent in January
