The focus of our library is to make children feel welcome and at home by providing a place where they enjoy reading and learning.  The library collection contains approximately 7,000 books, with more than half of them non-fiction.

The library is completely updated with more than 1,000 new books (mostly non-fiction titles for primary grades) added in the last few years.

Typical uses of the library:
  • Primary grades: We introduce students to reading, help them feel comfortable finding books which interest them and host class story time to introduce them to different types of literature.
  • 3rd-5th grade: We develop research and technology skills.
  • Middle school: We read, research and guide study time.

The library features an interactive whiteboard, laptop computers and iPads.

Help your child become a better reader by checking out parent resources provided by the US Department of Education.
