Tuition AidThis form has been developed for the exclusive use of Our Lady of the Lake Parish. The information supplied by the applicant will be considered strictly confidential and will not be made available to any individual or group not directly concerned with the granting of financial aid in this school. The identity of the applicant will be known only to the pastor and the principal. Since funds for financial aid are extremely limited, it is necessary that enough information be given to enable those responsible to make practical decisions. If the application is approved, Our Lady of the Lake Parish School assumes part of the normal burden of tuition through its own budget or through administration of scholarship donations.
