Hours and Scheduling

Please fill out the Extended Care Intent Form to indicate your student’s regular schedule in Extended Care. If you don’t have a regular schedule at this time, please feel free to mark "drop-in".

It is very important that Extended Care have an accurate count of the number of students enrolled each day. In case of changes, please update your schedule as soon as possible.

	Kids Club	Extended Care
Eligibility	Kids Club is an optional after school program for students enrolled in Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten. Kids Club is CLOSED on all days that the school is closed.	Extended Care on school closure days is an optional program.  The goal is to provide a safe environment for students who need care on days when school is not in session. Students are provided with study time for homework and free time to interact with friends.
School Closure Day Hours		Opens at 7 am and closes at 6 pm on days that school is not in session. There is a $1/minute late fee for pick-ups after 6 pm.

Using Extended Care on a drop-in basis is fine, even on short notice (e.g., parent running late due to a meeting or traffic). Students do not need to preregister for Extended Care to use this program, though the hourly rate is higher for non-registered students.
