Hours and Scheduling

Please fill out the Extended Care Intent Form to indicate your student’s regular schedule in Extended Care. If you don’t have a regular schedule at this time, please feel free to mark "drop-in".

It is very important that Kids Club and Extended Care have an accurate count of the number of students enrolled each day. In case of changes, please update your schedule as soon as possible.

	Kids Club	Extended Care
Eligibility	Kids Club is an after school program only (it is not open before school), which is offered to students enrolled in Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten at OLL.	Extended Care is both a before and after school program, which is offered only to those students enrolled in Kindergarten through 8th grade at OLL.
Before School Hours	Not available.	Opens at 7 am and closes at 8:15 am when the first bell rings. Students are escorted upstairs to the school lobby.
After School Hours	Opens when Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten classes are dismissed (12:30 pm most days and 12 pm on early dismissal days).  Students are escorted to Kids Club by staff.  Closes at 3 pm. There is a $1/minute late fee for pick-ups after 3 pm.	Reopens when Kindergarten through 8th grade classes are dismissed (2 pm on Wednesdays, 3 pm on others, and 12 pm on Early Dismissal days). Younger students are escorted downstairs by staff. Closes at 6 pm. There is a $1/minute late fee for pick-ups after 6 pm.
Scheduling	Parents can schedule their child for Kids Club as needed by signing up in the school office or by calling (206) 525-9980 ext. 10, at least ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE. The limit for Kids Club is 18 students per day. Students do not need to be preregistered for Kids Club to use this program, though the hourly rate is higher for non-registered students.
