Fees

	Kids Club	Extended Care
Registered Students	$5/hour (or any part of an hour)	$5/hour (or any part of an hour) $30/day max (e.g. no school and summer care days)
Non-Registered Students	$7/hour (or any part of an hour)	$7/hour (or any part of an hour) $35/day max (e.g. no school and summer care days)
Late Pick Up Fee	$1/minute after 3:00 pm	$1/minute after 6:00 pm

Registration

Parents who plan to use Kids Club or Extended Care on a regular basis will receive a lower hourly rate if they preregister for the program and pay an annual registration fee of $25 for one child or $40 for two or more children. Registration can happen at any point during the year.

Here is the Registration Form to fill out and return to the school office to receive the lower hourly rate. 

In addition, please fill out the Extended Care Intent Form to indicate your student’s regular schedule in Extended Care. If you don’t have a regular schedule at this time, please feel free to mark "drop-in".

In addition, please fill out the Kids Club Sign Up Form and/or the Extended Care Intent Form and return to the school office.  These forms will help the school to staff and manage the programs appropriately.  Note that Kids Club is available only as space allows. 


Billing

Invoices are mailed out monthly around the 10th of each month.  Your account balance is due by the 25th of the same month to avoid a late fee, unless other arrangements have been made.  A $25.00 late fee is charged if your account balance is not paid by the due date.

Payments should be made out to Our Lady of the Lake Parish School and can be delivered three ways:
- Dropped off at the school office (during the school year only, September through June)
- Dropped of at Kids Club or Extended Care (envelope to place payment is in sign in book)
- Mailed to the school address with attention "Extended Care Billing"
