Founded in 1949, Our Lady of the Lake is a vibrant, faith-filled pre-school - 8th grade Catholic school in northeast Seattle.

Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School is seeking a Spanish teacher to establish and lead a new Spanish Program that encompasses both culture and language. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build up the program within a welcoming and positive school environment. This role will lead the curriculum development and day-to-day teaching for grades pre-school - 8th grade, as well as bring cultural activities to our school community. Be part of a special opportunity to create a new Spanish program at OLL! 


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis on Spanish

  • A commitment to working toward the mission of Catholic education and being part of a collaborative team of dedicated educators

  • Experience and enthusiasm for teaching elementary school students

  • Experience developing Spanish curriculum and program in elementary setting

  • A dedication to inspiring students to become global citizens in solidarity with others around the world

  • Proven experience creating positive relationships with colleagues, students and their families

  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative and organizational skills

  • Fluent in the Spanish language
